Refund and Return Policy
At Dermavilla, the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. Here is how we handle refunds and returns:
Products
Products should be returnable within 7 days after purchase, provided they are still unopened and in their original packaging. Items to be returned showing they have been opened or damaged will not be accepted for return. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Treatments
Treatment appointments that are pre-booked must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. Failure to do so may lead to no refund being issued.
Online Consultations
Online consultations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. There may be a fee for rescheduling due to late cancellation.
Refund Processing
Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, and the refund, if approved, will be issued by the original payment method. An email notification will be sent once it has been processed
